We're all complex. We've got a lot of different parts to who we are. Integrating the past (even if it's painful) and capacitating ourselves to restore our full neural potential for intimacy, creativity, abundance, peace, leadership (of self and others) and fulfillment is possible with self-attunement and developing high-level skills in attuning to others.
Developing Attunement Brings Secure Attachment
Experience intimacy without co-dependency, extreme activation, past patterns of self-evading, harming self/others, anything insecure relating whether anxious, avoidant or disorganized.
Truly Exceptional & Effective Leaders are Highly-Attuned
Not having access, let alone possession and mastery of all the sources of energy & information available to a person is severely limiting. It causes a very predictable set of patterns and behavioral styles in leadership, they are quite harmful to efficiency, bottom line and contribution/effect.

What's your attunement style?
If you follow recent developments in neuroscience, psychology and integrated studies, you may know how different our understanding of the nervous system is than 20 years ago.
We know now that we need to go beyond labeling ourselves as things like “autistic spectrum” or “ADHD” or C-PTSD or High IQ (over-excitabilities), even trauma survivors…
The science, research, data and lived experience of even the most season experts has shone the light on how we need to understand, and experience ourselves, in a different way. This awareness combined with the unlocked higher agency that it produces helps us align our actions & behavior, and reach our full potential for experience and express. No big deal, it’s just the key to it all. No, but seriously.
It all comes down to ATTUNEMENT. While many don’t know the word, almost everyone quickly identifies with this once they understand it… and most people find a sense of needed confrontation and compassion within themselves when they do.

Emotions are there for us to use as a signal (if we’re conscious enough to do so, versus be taken over by their power). They signal to us what needs we may not have sufficiently met, so we can do something about it. Sometimes getting the need met will require us to turn to others, which is the whole purpose of safe relating, community, family and non-coercive influence. Use this wheel as a quick reference guide, find the emotions you identify with and see what need it may be signaling to.
